Rare when something works well right out of the box and this BT-300 Microsoft does just that. It paired with my headst immediately and works well using WebEx. I have purchased a second one for my spouse.

I bought this for myself and my girlfriend for christmas. This is a perfect pairing for your electronic repertoire. instead of all of the headsets and wireD headphones that you use for conferencing via your computer this will set you up perfectly
